To keep our goal in focus, we conduct online surveys quarterly with all department managers who have vehicles under contract with Vector. Survey results are meticulously reviewed during our continuous improvement workshops, and evaluated for potential improvements and best practices. We also welcome customers to provide feedback and include survey cards in each vehicle after it visits a maintenance facility. Customer input ensures we meet the criteria expected and identifies ways we can improve service even further.
