How Are You Held Accountable Once a Fleet Management Contract is Signed?

Answer: Vector Fleet holds contracted maintenance partners accountable in several ways when signing a Fleet Management Contract. For example, we submit proposals which include performance thresholds such as:

  • Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI) compliance
  • Productivity
  • Efficiency
  • Re-work percentage
  • Fleet availability metrics

Once a fleet management contract is signed, the fleet management company and the customer are held accountable for the terms of the contract. This includes any agreed-upon services, such as maintenance, fuel management, and reporting. The customer is also responsible for making payments on time and in accordance with the contract. The fleet management company is responsible for providing the services outlined in the contract and meeting any performance standards set forth in the agreement. Contact us for more information.
